In less than 10 minutes of prep time, you can whip up a super satisfying snack to quell any crazings
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- Mixings: blueberries, strawberries, granola, chocolate chips, pretzels or nuts
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt and honey together in a bowl
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Spread the yogurt in a thin layer on the cookie sheet
- Top with your choice of mixings
- Freeze for three hours
- Break apart
- Store in airtight container-separate pieces with parchment paper and keep in the freezer.
